Love & Hip Hop: New York's couple Mendeecees Harris and Yandy Smith Harris can breathe a sigh of relief now that Harris can actually make it to their wedding scheduled to air next month.

Billed as "Love & Hip Hop Live: The Wedding" the reality TV series will show talent manager Smith finally tying the knot with bad boy Harris.

In the last season of the show, Smith had fans rooting for her as she struggled as a single mom raising her new baby as Harris got locked up in jail. Smith has since added Harris to her name "as a symbol of love and dedication to Mendeecees before the actual nuptial takes place," reports the Inquisitr.

TMZ reports Harris pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges after being busted in January 2013. He was charged for involvement in a drug operation that shipped cocaine and heroin to upstate Rochester.

The reality TV star was in Federal custody in a New York jail since his arrest until he was let out on bail in March 2014. Harris will remain free to be on his hit television series and be with his family until his sentencing in August.

The judge released the TV star on a $600k bond, with fiancée Smith Harris contributing $200k. Smith Harris stands to get back her bail money when Harris goes to jail after their wedding.

The plea deal involves 36-year-old Harris facing 5 to 40 years in the federal prison, and/or a fine of $5 million.
