19 Kids and Counting stars Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald are expecting their first baby and have already introduced the unborn child to reality TV fans with a TLC clip of the expectant couple.
In the TLC Digital Exclusive Jessa and Ben announced the news for the fans of the reality TV series.
The video teaser showed the parents-to-be in the kitchen making a couple of fruit smoothies and Jessa saying , "You know, pretty soon we'll be making another little smoothie."
To which Ben responds while holding a bottle, "Maybe more than one!" The exchange has fuelled rumours that the couple are expecting their first to be twins.
The TLC clip has 22-year-old Jessa and 19-year-old Ben bantering as to whether the baby would be a boy or a girl, or both.
Duggar says she is 12 weeks pregnant, the announcement coming as she goes into her second trimester. Eonline notes that Jessa's older sister Jill and husband Derick Dillard announced theirs in the first trimester.
Jill and Derick had their first baby Israel David in early April.
In a People interview, Jessa says they have not let go of their plans to adopt children. However, the couple has to wait two years before they can adopt as the adoption agency requires prospective parents to be married for two years before adopting.
Jessa adds, "Our hearts haven't changed on adoption. We are still making plans."
19 Kids and Counting captures the life of the Duggar family and their 19 children. The children are now having their own babies and the family count is definitely getting bigger.
