‘Captain America: Civil War’ Movie Update: Chris Evans, Frank Grillo Prepares for shooting; Asa Butterfield Top Choice for Spiderman Reboot

By

With his upcoming movie "Avengers: Age of Ultron" to still win the US viewers, Chris Evans is already preparing for a new project as he recently shaved his beard in accord for his role in the Marvel film "Captain America: Civil War." Fellow cast Frank Grillo also prepares as he teased his transformation into his character Crossbones. And with the shooting day fast approaching, Asa Butterfield is allegedly the top choice to play the next Peter Parker.

On Monday, the internet broke down similar to Zayn Malik's leaving as Chris Evans finally shaved his glorious beard for his role as Captain America in the "Civil War." "Dear beard, We had a good run but this is where I leave you," Evans wrote on Twitter. "Thank you for braving the Boston winter with me. I miss you already #Cap3Begins." The internet went to an uproar shortly after posting the tweet. Some were extremely emotional and others are just happy seeing again the clean shaven face.

While his role Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America, is robust, is Evans also a tough one in real life? The actor recently told Esquire his shooting schedule for the third Cap film and for "Avengers: Infinity War." The latter is actually split into two movies: Part 1 to be released in May 2018, and Part 2 following a year later. So it must be demanding his time.

"We start [Captain America: Civil War] in a couple weeks, and then that shoots until August or something like that. August or September," Evans told Esquire. "And then we start the Infinity War, I think, some time in the third quarter. Fall or winter of 2016 ...." the actor revealed. So to come to the point, that would be approximately nine months to shoot both his movies and he will be doing it back to back.

While that is stimulating, Evans isn't the only one preparing. Returning cast Frank Grillo already confirmed his role as Crossbones in the film earlier this year and to make it apparent, he recently posted a tweet and an instagram post to tease his transformation into his character. On Twitter, Grillo wrote "Getting some scars put on," shadowed by an instagram image of him seated in a makeup chair. Correspondingly, he sent a clear message of threat to heroes like Thor and Captain America to get ready for his comeback as he also tweeted a photo of his character from the comics.

Asa Butterfield Allegedly "Has Been The Favorite Since Day One" on Playing Spiderman

Furthermore, it has already been revealed last year that Spiderman will be having a guest appearance in the "Civil War," and with the shooting day to start soon, a new Peter Parker is gravely needed. Recently, speculations began materializing as Sony and Marvel had narrowed down their choices to play the new Spider Man to five actors. With The Wrap's help, the names of the actors are Tom Holland (In the Heart of the Sea), Nat Wolff (Paper Towns), Timothee Chalamet (Interstellar), Liam James (The Killing), and Asa Butterfield (Ender's Game).

But it looks like fans would not wait any longer for the identity of Spidey as Latino Review reports that Butterfield is the top choice among the shortlist. The "Ender's Game" actor may also have even already bagged the role and a source claims he's been Marvel's favorite since day one.

Now, which look of Chris Evans do you love the most? Are you excited for this yet another Marvel film? Will Asa Butterfield be your next favorite Spiderman? "Captain America: Civil War" is slated to be released on May 6, 2016.
