NCIS: Los Angeles Season 6 Spoilers: Finale cliffhanger brutal and terrifying; Catastrophic events cause relationships to fall apart

NCIS: Los Angeles Season 6 is nearing its end and more exciting spoilers about the two-episode Finale have surfaced.

The synopsis for Episode 23 "Kolcheck, A." which airs May 11th describe an investigation on Arkady's personal connection to a missing oil tanker used in his deal with Russia and the missing crew members who are found dead in the ocean.

As for the Finale episode scheduled to air on May 18th, OMG Insider managed to get Eric Christian Olsen who plays LAPD Detective Marty Deeks to provide some spoilers.

In the tradition of explosive cliff hanger season wrap ups, Olsen described the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 6 Finale as "the most brutal and terrifying cliff hanger I've ever seen for hour-long television. And I didn't know how they were going to shoot it, how they were gonna do it. Because I read it on the page and we (lead stars) were calling each other, 'Are they serious about this?'"

Apparently this season's ending will be a combination of cliff hangers that are character-based, action-based, and story-based. Olsen declares, "These are all three and I don't think it's ever been done before."

The Finale will have the team switch partners, with Supervisory Special Agent G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) going to Iran and Senior Field Agent Sam Hanna (LL CooL J) and Deeks partnering up. "But things go dreadfully wrong. His wife is involved. She's in peril. He is unconscious at some point. And Deeks comes in to do what he can to make it right," spills Olsen.

As for his on-screen relationship with Kensi Blye, Olsen reveals "The season Finale is incredible...is terrifying...brings that relationship to a crescendo... something happens, it's catastrophic and it all falls apart."

CBS has announced the Finale episode will air on May 18th.

NCIS: Los Angeles Season 6 Episode 23 "Kolcheck, A." is directed by James Hanlon from a script by Joseph C. Wilson and will go on the air on Monday, May 11 on CBS Television. Episode 24 is titled "Chernoff, K." and will be the season's final show.
