Previous episodes of 'Arrow' showcased the big transformation of Oliver from heir to demon. His changes are now starting to terrorize everyone. Episode 21 let fans saw the cruel things he could do in completing his journey to become a demon. Oliver and the League of Assassins went to get Nyssa and they also captured Diggle.

Meanwhile, Malcolm (John Barrowman) makes a surprising offer to Team Arrow and Thea (Willa Holland) goes to see Roy (Colton Haynes)."
Meanwhile, executive producer Marc Guggenheim recently spoiled everyone that events of the final episodes will continue into season 4. This could mean that season 3 might have a cliffhanger ending. "It's something you will continue to see not just through the end of season three, but into season four," Guggenheim says of the upcoming episodes' big moves.
