Samsung just released its latest flagship just two months ago, but as early as now people are looking forward to its next iteration: the Samsung Galaxy S7.
The S6 has been praised for both its hardware and software, and even broke the record for pre-sales. Given the fact that the S6 and the S6 Edge were well received, and still is, it's amusing to see people think ahead already.
Just to clarify: all of these are just rumors and speculations at this point. There are no official announcements from the Korean manufacturer just yet. All this is for good, clean, entertainment purposes only.
Some reports indicate the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be announced by the year's end, or by January 2016 at the most. A release of the new flagship is seen to happen in February next year. Based on the trends seen with the series' releases, the new Samsung S phone usually goes out within Q1 of the year.
A lot of wish lists on the possible Samsung Galaxy S7 are finding their way online as well. Some realistic in terms of current technology, but some sound like a Jules Verne novel on the Samsung Galaxy S7.
A realistic specs list include the unit having a 4GB RAM, 128GB internal storage with expansion option, a 64-bit Exynos processor, super AMOLED display, water resistance, 30MP main camera, and infrared sensors. That's all for a price of US$999.
Some of the wilder ones include an LDDR 8GB memory, an Android OS 7, VR integration, and a USB-C connector. May sound wild right now, but with how fast technology evolves right now, it could be happening.
Everyone is daydreaming at this point, if you ask us. Why can't everyone just enjoy the current Samsung phone release and let the company worry about what to put in on the Samsung Galaxy S7?
