Bruce Jenner, who recently announced his transgender issues, is now facing a lawsuit for being the primary person responsible for a woman's death during a car accident in Malibu. Authorites are currently investigating the case and the late woman's stepchildren are suing Jenner for damages and cost of the suit.
Bruce Jenner, a reality star of the hit Reality TV Series "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" has been sued for wreckless vehicular manslaughter. During February 7 of this year, Jenner was involved in a multi-rear collision accident where a woman named Kimberly Howe lost her life.
The investigation report indicated that Jenner was driving his black Cadillac SUV down the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu as he towed a trailer with an all-terrain vehicle. The first vehicle involved was that of a black Toyota Prius who suddenly hit the brakes. Behind said car was the one owned by Howe wherein the latter also hit her breaks. Due to the sudden stop of the vehicles, Jenner's vehicle struck Howe's from behind which ended up in the opposite lane of the road. Consequently, Howe's car collided with a Hummer H2 which was the cause of her death. Furthermore, five other people ended up injured because of the said four-car-collision.
Last Saturday, a press release was initated by Jenner's publicist, Alan Nierob, stating that Jenner is sympathizing with the families who lost their loved ones during the car accident in Malibu. Furthermore, the statement also indicated that Jenner is praying for the families that had to incur the loss of a family member and obliges to continue cooperating with authorities as investigations proceed after the tragic incident.
Currently, the Los Angeles authorities are still investigating the incident and have not concluded who was at fault in the incident. Bruce Jenner is actively participating in the investigations and he's been cooperating with the authorities. He even took a sobriety test to prove his innocence over the accident.
The family of Kimberly Howe, the 69-year-old woman who died during the car accident, filed a 16-page law suit against Bruce Jenner indicating that he is the primary cause of their stepmother's death.
Do you think that with four vehicles invloved in the accident, Jenner was the one who caused the fatalities of the accident? How do you think will the "Keeping Up With the Kardashian" deal with this issue? Will he be convicted of the crime or is he innocent? Post your comments below.
