"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" developer Treyarch changed the game's Domination mode as not going to have a time limit. Further, fans also spotted a multiplayer set up of the game as well as a soon Wii U release.

A tweet conversation by "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" developer Treyarch David Vonderhaar was spotted, and that he reportedly said that the Domination mode is not going to have a time limit "this time around." Instead, it will end once the "ceiling score is hit."
Vonderhaar said, "Playtested Domination with no time-limit, round switch whenever it hits 100 first, and a win at 200."

This seems to imply that the game will give a variety of game plays. This was not the first time that the Domination mode had its changes from Treyarch, where in the past players had rods to keep away from giving the winning team having too much advantage.
"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Wii U release
There is also a possibility that "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will be released on the Wii U in the near future. This was hinted by Activision Support when a fan tweeted to them asking why the website for the game is allowing log-ins for Nintendo IDs if it is not coming to Wii U. However, Activision replied to the fan to "stay tuned" as a release of the will arrive in the Wii U soon.
Others find the answer as ambiguous to come to a conclusion. Still, other media publications are somewhat convinced that it is "enough to know that the title is a Wii U offering on the horizon."
"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" multiplayer set up
Another discovery was also learned by gamers about the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," which revealed that the game will include an apparent multiplayer set up. Currently, the PS Store reportedly lists the game with a total of 12 network players available, less than what can be seen in "Black Ops 2" in 2012.
Treyarch also disclosed other details about the game:

- DUAL SHOCK 4 Vibration Function
- HDTV screen resolution: 720p 1080i 1080p
- Network Players: 2-12
