The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is one of the most anticipated Android devices this year. With its expected September release, everyone is actually on the lookout for its possible features and offerings.
Why September? The previous Galaxy Note iterations launched during the Berlin IFA Consumer Electronics Trade Show, which usually happens in September. This year's event is happening from 4 to 9 September. So it's not going to be surprising if the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 makes an appearance there.
Some of the rumored specs include the following: the Android 5.1 OS, Snapdragon Qualcomm 82X+ 3.2 GHz processor or Samsung Exynos 7X (10nm) 3GHz 8-core; 4GB RAM; 4K resolution display; advanced Touch ID and retina sensor; metal frame design; fast charging; 27MP rotating camera with 8k video capture resolution; and microSD and front stereo speakers. It has been mentioned that the Note 5 will be thin at 7.9mm.
Five of them have taken the fancy of the waiting public.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5's 5.9-inch 4K Ultra HD display is said to sport a resolution of 3840 x 2160, and, coupled with a high-resolution camera, it's sure to bring the best visual experience in phablet history.
Another exciting prospect mentioned was the possibility of a fingerprint scanning function for security, USB type C port for connectivity, and an internal storage of as high as 128GB.
A 3900 mAh battery is also something to look forward to, since most Samsung users tend to use memory intensive apps that tend to drain out their devices faster. It's unlikely to be a removable battery, though.
Under the hood, a Snapdragon Qualcomm 82X+ 3.2 GHz processor OR Samsung Exynos 7X (10nm) 3GHz 8-core will definitely ensure fast and fluid response from the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. With a support from 4GB RAM, it's going to be flawless.
Pricing is also to be considered. If all these can be had at around US$830 or bit more, then the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is well worth it.
