In the forthcoming episode of "The Fear Walking Dead," walkers will have a different appearance as compared to the previous season of the original series. In an interview with Melty, SFX and also the make- up wizard Greg Nicotero, it is said that the walkers' appearance on the new episodes will depend on the weather in Los Angeles where the upcoming show is going to be set.

Nicotreo also mentioned that he is also planning to give the walkers in Los Angeles something new as he was asked by the website. He said that all of it will be part of the plan. Fear the Walking Dead takes place before 'The Walking Dead'. The 52 year old and four time Primetime Emmy winner said that they focus on the environment on how to be a walker. She also explained that the scene in Georgia is quite hot and it's a sunny day and they take in to consideration of that on how the walkers should play and in Los Angeles the weather is quite dry so they already planned on what would the look of the walkers will be.

Fear the Walking Dead is set on the early days of the zombie apocalypse. Robert Kirkman says that the cause of the outbreak is not the main concern of the new show and Nicotreo agrees with Kirkman that it is not about finding about who started the apocalypse but about the development on how people will react with the apocalypse.

Nicotero said that this will be an interesting story from the current society we are in since we get almost all information from our gadgets like our phones and iPads. There have been things happening in the recent years, like when we hear stories about a guy who attacked someone and bit their face. We would think how people would react to that kind of news.

Kirkman made it clear that he already had an idea how the apocalypse started but still he doesn't have any plans on when to share it with the viewers. AMC gave a two-season order to the installment of the series. The first season is set to debut in late Summer and it will have six episodes just like the freshman installment of the new series. The second season on the other hand will still be aired this 2016 but they haven't announced how many episodes it will be consist of.
