New Persona 4 Dancing All Night DLC details have just been teased in Japan with the newest trailers presenting the Gameplay changes.
The new Atlus trailers show the dance moves of Naoto and Nanako clad in swimsuits.
Gematsu reported the Atlus announcement of the new Persona 4 "Woman's Swimsuit Set" for Chie, Yukiko, Rise, and Naoto as part of the selection to be released during the Persona 4 launch.
An RPG Fan provided the details on the changes to the Dancing All Night gameplay which include starting a new game by selecting a song that comes with a preselected character, along with character costumes, and difficulty. There will be three different types of notes as sound effects accompanying chosen plays - the button tap star note, the down button H note, and the combination buttons U note.
A "Scratch" ring also appears as a blue ring on the center screen which gives bonus points to the players who flick the analog stick when the ring crosses the standard button target. Mastering the Scratch will help the player get a high score. The Scratch can also be used by swiping the touchpad screen.
A rainbow-colored "Fever Ring" can be activated the same way as a Scratch ring, giving the player a star. When players have 3 stars during certain parts of the song they enter "Fever Mode" which can allow a second character to join the dance as a partner. Major points are given to players mastering the Fever Mode of Persona 4: Dancing All Night.
The player's Persona appears playing a musical instrument once a song is finished with a certain score level. A result screen comes up displaying the amount of Personal Dollars earned. The Persona Dollars can be used to purchase more costumes and other game items.
The Persona 4 Dancing All Night DLC comes for free with the first-print copies for Play Station Vita scheduled to be released in Japan during the launch on June 25.
