Destiny's House of Wolves DLC confirmed to arrive this May 19 on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3 features a new gameplay mode, Prison of Elder and more details will be revealed by Bungie today, May 6 on Twitch.
In the new trailer recently released, fans get to have an early peek at Prison of Elders which appears to be coop, horde mode-style gameplay option for three players. In the teaser, it says, "Prepare for combat. Fight. Kill. Survive,"
Senior design Matt Sammons is reportedly announcing Prison of Elders during a livestream on Twitch on May 6, starting at 11 a.m. PT and will be joined by special community guest Professor Broman, Polygon wrote.
The level cap will be increased from 32 to 34 and players will be allowed to exchange ascendant and radiant materials as well as redeem commendations for reputation to get them there. Moreover, Guardians gets the chance to level up their existing gear through 'ascension' process The upgrades enable maximum attack to have 365 on weapons like Fatebringer.
Meanwhile, Destiny Patch 1.2 arrives before Destiny House of Wolves DLC will be launched next week adding Legendary Items, new bug fixes, 3 new maps and more, the game developer confirmed .
The changes and improvements that comes with Destiny 1.2 patch is double the Reputation and Mark payouts for Crucible matches including the addition of Etheric Light to the Iron Banner loot tables. Also, Legendary items become potential rewards for all post-match Crucible drops.
This new patch is a cool freebie for those who still have to do their battles on The Cauldron, Pantheon or Skyshock.
Destiny House of Wolves DLC is heading to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on May 19 while the Destiny Patch 1.2 is anticipated to reach PlayStation Network and Xbox Live possibly by today at Twitch to precede the long-awaited release of the second expansion.
