Since the release of Nintendo's Wii U in 2012, it had its fair share of game drought. However, with Xenoblade Chronicles X finally hitting the west, this could very well change for Nintendo's console.

The game features a deep and engaging game, which ultimately was the reason for becoming one of the best RPG games for the Wii U in Japan. Xenoblade Chronicles X involves an expansive universe, where gamers can explore on foot or while riding humongous mechs, which are called "Skells," (Dolls in Japan).

The story revolves on the exploits of the remnant of humanity after an alien war devastated the planet. Seeking refuge from the intergalactic conflict, human survivors flee Earth in "Ark ships" in hope of finding suitable planets to inhabit. One of these Ark ships, the "White whale" crash lands on a planet called "Mira" and the crew attempt to start a colony, however alien forces caught wind of the colonization and started attacking it.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is the next title in the series that was initially released in Japan on April 29, but will reach western shores later this year. Kotaku offers an in-game look of the game and its impressive, eye-catching graphics and a somewhat, interesting storyline set the game apart from any RPG released on the said console.

Another feature that captured the interest of gamers is its impressive customization feature. Gamers can create unique characters and customize extensively their Skells. It is one of the major features and contributory factor for its apparent success.

The Wii U Miiverse showed off images of the said game and many fans of the series can't wait the release of the western version of this impressive Nintendo game. The game is describes as a massive, open-world game and it is one of the truly, epic game universes, people can delve into this 2015.
