For Tony Stark fans, Galaxy S6 and its a curvier and sleeker sibling Galaxy S6 Edge, will soon get them the fantasy they've always wanted: Be an Iron Man in real life. At least in their everyday gadget. Surreal as it maybe, that's what Samsung aims to flesh out with its latest tie-up with Marvel Inc. Now, the million dollar question circling in every Avenger fan's head worldwide is how real can this be?

It could be closer than you think. Samsung is not the #1 smartphone manufacturer in the planet for nothing.

Last Monday, Samsung has made its official announcements. In a public address to the Korean press, the South Korean chaebol shed key details on its Iron Man smartphone initiative. Starting out with what could be Iron Man's over-all distinction amongst his brotherhood of superheroes: color.

"The color of the new Iron Man phones will be red," Samsung's mobile marketing chief Lee Young-hee discloses. No surprise there. But for sure, a slew of the iron-clad superhero's fans are left with their mouths open, wishing for more details. And in classic Samsung marketing fashion, the top honcho left a note open for speculation.

"We will decide on other details soon after discussions with Marvel Studio. It will be released either at the end of May or early June," he ended the announcement.

Wow! That short public address should do it. It just made a lot of Iron Man fans raging for more specifics.

As it turns out, Lee Young-hee is a certified Tony Stark fan. The top executive reportedly made the official confirmation after watching the latest Avengers flick - Avengers, Age of Ultron.

In hindsight, the Samsung-Marvel partnership goes way back last year. A global strategic partnership was inked translating into several joint marketing campaigns for global endeavors. Foremost example: a 3-month subscription for Marvel Unlimited bundled with Samsung Galaxy Tab S Android slate.

And from the looks of it, Samsung is gaining ground as its sales this time of year remains bullish. Despite ongoing setbacks with some of Samsung's undertakings, this new initiative involving its latest flagship product Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge should boost it up.
