The Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer premiere plus more solid release details including the mobile version of the game are expected to be unveiled by Square Enix at Disney's Special D23 Expo come November 3.
This news has emerged via the official D23 Event webpage and while the site is written in Japanese language, diehard fans at KHInsider translated the texts.
The purported translation has implied that the event page will be updated in mid-August with a more complete listing of the news that's slated for the fall.
In addition, tickets will be available in September for those who desire to grace the celebration with their presence. There will be spare seats that will drawn from a randomized lottery.
Just recently, game director.Tetsuya Nomura spoke to Famitsu via Gematsu that the development of Kingdom Hearts 3 is making a smooth progress. He also revealed that fans can expect to hear a lot more information about the title at Japan's D23 Expo this November adding some hint at a smartphone version release of the series.
We have some interesting things planned," Nomura said. "There will be Kingdom Hearts 3 news, and various things [at D23], I think. Kingdom Hearts 3 development is going smoothly, but there will also be new announcements connected to it. As one of those new announcements, I think we should be able to announce a smartphone-specific development for the series in short order."
Also, Square Enix reveals plans to host a press conference at E3 2015 and it's very likely that the developer would take this as the perfect platform to introduce the mobile game.
Reportedly, IGN asked the game's co-director, Tai Yasue, if Kingdom Hearts 3 release date to Xbox One, PS4 and PC is due this year. His replied a vague answer saying, "as quick as possible."
Not a long ago that a screenshot of the game in production has leaked online which appeared to be standstill image of a scene showcasing a picturesque HD graphics in rich, contrasting and vibrant colors. The texture is intricately detailed with perfect lightings made possible by the use ofthe Unreal 4 game engine technology.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is the first in the series to release on Xbox One, PS, PC and is now confirmed to hit mobile gadgets such as smartphones and tablets.
