A number of series will be featured this year on Fox. A few to be named are "Minority Report," "The Frankenstein Code" and "Lucifer." Based on the 2002 Steven Spielberg film, 'Minority Report' will follow the storyline of the film which is about the struggling pre-cog to lead a normal life. 'Lucifer,' on the other hand is about the bored King of Hell who resigned and went out to explore the world. These series will be presented Monday at the Upfronts.
Starring Stark Sands, he is one of the pre-cogs who is struggling to lead a normal life is still haunted by visions of the future and will meet a detective that is haunted by her past which is played by Meagan Good. She will be the light to finding out the precog's gift. The series is set ten years after the pre-crime in D.C.
Max Borenstein, writer of the first episode is also the executive producer along with Darryl Frank, Kevin Falls and Justin Falvey. Minority Report is produced by 20th Century Fox Television, Paramount Television and Amblin Television. The cast includes Meagan Good, Malcolm Jamal-Warner, Stark Sands, Wilmer Valderama, Laura Regan, Zhane Hall, Daniel London and Li Jun Li.
Along with "Minority Report", a DC Comics adaptation was also given the green light by Fox. Penned by Tom Kapinos, "Lucifer" is about the title character that will resign his throne as the Lord of Hell and will explore the world and land in the city of Los Angeles. Produced by WBTV and directed by Len Wiseman, "Lucifer" stars Lauren German, Rachael Harris, Lesley-Ann Brandt, DB Woodside, Scarlett Estevez and Nicholas Gonzales.
A few dfays ago Fox has already confirmed to run three new comedies which are "Grandfathered," "The Grinder" and "The Guide To Surviving Life."
There is no exact date on when "Minority Report" will be aired on Fox, but it is rumored that it might be aired this fall. So fans out there, you're going to have to wait for the pilot episode for a few months.
