'Sister Wives' Season 6 Spoilers: Meri Brown may quit show after divorce; Kody favorite sister Robyn seen as trouble

By

"Sister Wives" Season 6 may be returning to television without Meri Barber Brown, the first wife of Kody Brown in the polygamous marriage docu-series of TLC.

Meri has gained fan support for ending her 24-year marriage in a move that would allow her younger sister Robyn to legally marry her former husband and give her a chance to win back her children from a former marriage.

The Day Herald reports Robyn was very grateful to Meri for allowing her the opportunity to be with her children. Robyn is anticipating a courtroom battle with her ex in a custody fight over her three children.

Enstarz sources say Robyn's custody claim will not be easy as her ex-husband is going to "make it difficult for her to gain custody over their children."

Her marriage to Kody is seen as the first step in her bid to gain custody of the children from her former marriage, reports Master Herald. Kody's adoption of the three children will be a condition for the custody.

Master Herald however also speculates that Meri's divorce from Kody is more of a wish to explore monogamy.

Meri has said she had plans for her future now that had child with Kody has left for college. This pronouncement has been seen as a hint that she is leaving the show although TLC has not given confirmation.

But all is not well in the "Sister Wives" Season 6 household with Kody playing favorites with his newest wife Robyn. The situation is expected to cause some trouble in the Brown family, according to Master Herald.

Robyn has denied the rumors to Enstarz saying that Kody is fair and gives the same amount of time to all four wives. Robyn at 36 is the youngest of the four wives.

"Sister Wives" Season 6 is anticipated to be back on the air this year.
