Latest 'Arrow' Season 3 spoilers revealed that the final episode may end cliffhanger. Will Oliver kill Ra's al Ghul? That's definitely the question we would like to be answered. But, it was spoiled that the villain might make into Season 4. Even if Oliver be able to kill Ra's, it does not mean people will quickly recover Arrow.
Last episode of 'Arrow' Season 3 left us some shocking twist where Oliver left his friend from Team Arrow to die in order to prove his loyalty to Ra's al Ghul. But, recent spoilers teased that it was only part of Oliver's plan of taking down the League of Assassin from the inside.
Now, Al Sah-him or more appropriate to say, Oliver will have to face the villain. Previous 'Arrow' Season 3 spoilers revealed that Oliver has been secretly working with Malcom to stop Ra's from releasing a deadly toxin and destroying Starling City.
With this, the questions remain "Will Oliver be able to stop Ra's plan?" and "If he will be able to do it, will he regain his identity back?"
The answer for the first question will be known in 'Arrow' Season 3 finale. But 'Arrow' executive producer Marc Guggenheim previously hinted that Season 3 may not be the last for Matt Nable's character. But nothing is ever permanent in this series, so it will all depend. But if Oliver fails, a major cliffhanger could happen there.
The second question's answer is also uncertain too. Because even if Oliver is able to stop Ra's and protect the city, he will be facing a difficult time in claiming his identity back. People in Starling City believe that 'Arrow' is dead.
So, what will Oliver do to regain his identity? Perhaps, he will have a new one? It was speculated that his experiences in Nanda Parbat will result in a changed man. Oliver can no longer be just the 'Arrow' that people used to know in Season 3, so a new identity is coming in Season 4: Green Arrow.
