The Cupertino giant will be having consecutive launches this year. With the number of iOS devices lined for this year, Apple surely aims to dominate the tech market. And fans can't wait till the October release of the upcoming newest addition to the Apple family, the iPad Mini 4 which is said to be powered by an extremely powerful chipset and is to run with the upcoming iOS 9. Plus with the title of being the slimmest tablet yet, the iPad Mini 4 is another iDevice that will definitely make its mark.
Even though it was speculated that the iPad Mini 3 will be the last of its kind to be out in the market, Apple may have a change of heart. It was reported that Apple had built a partnership with Samsung in order to build the powerhouse for the iPad Mini 4. Currently, Samsung had already issued plans in making the A9 processor for the iPad Mini 4.
Bloomberg had cited in a particular report that "Samsung will start making Apple A9 processor chips at its Giheung plant in South Korea. Additional orders will go to Samsung's partner Global Foundries Inc."
With regards to the specifications, Apple has not confirmed any of the reports. However, it was said that Apple will be making the iPad Mini 4 as the "slimmest tablet" yet. Its aluminum panel will be slimmer compared to the iPad Mini 3. The device will be sporting a 7.9 inch screen display with a lock/mute switch with a microphone hole. It will have a 2 GB RAM, plus it will run with the iOS 9 thus bringing with it the Touch ID system, and Apple Pay.
The iPad Mini 4 is said to be release on October (together with the upcoming iPad Air). The brand new Apple device is said to cost around $470 or 300 British Pounds. It will definitely be followed by a price cut from its predecessor, the iPad Mini 3.
So with the upcoming unveiling and release of the iPad Mini 4, it will be a powerhouse device that will wow the masses. With its extremely powerful A9 chipset processor and updated iOS 9, the slimmest tablet yet will be an iDevice to watch out for.
