Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare can boast quite an extensive collection of impressive and advanced weaponry, and now the collection is set to grow with new royalty weapon variants coming soon. The royalty weapon variants are expected to be coming to different kinds of guns.
According to EGM Now, there could be as many as a dozen guns receiving royalty variants. The ones reportedly included on this list include the Tac-19, the AK-12, the SAC 3, the Ameli, the S-12, the ASM1, the Pyataek, the Bal-27, the MORS, the HBRa3, the M1 Irons, and the KF5.
Each of these guns will be changed statistically, and while some of the changes are going to add to the weapon, some will take away as well. It's up to the players to decide if the royalty variants of their favorite weapons are better suited to them.
One notable weapon on that list of 12 is the M1 Irons. That was the same weapon released earlier in the month by Sledgehammer Games as a way of thanking the fans who have been constant supporters of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, according to Express UK.
The M1 Irons already has three different variants in Gunslinger, Sundown, and Unforgiving Truth, so it's royalty variant would be yet another one added to the list. The royalty variants will also be released via supply drops, according to Softpedia.
The Supply Drop feature has been popular amongst fans of the game thanks to the element of randomness it can bring to the battles. That makes it less surprising to see Sledgehammer Games taking full advantage of a mechanic working as it should.
In addition to the royalty variants, a non-akimbo version of the SAC3 sub-machine gun is another new weapon also set to be released in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
