The Muppets are back, and this time they are on ABC. The upcoming show is set to debut in the fall of 2015 and will document the personal lives of The Muppets.

The upcoming show will take on a slightly more adult format. The Muppets will be returning to their television roots. The brand new show will be created by Bill Brady of The Big Bang Theory fame. According to reports, The Muppets Studio and ABC Studios will be producing the show.

ABC Network recently released a trailer featuring the characters plotting out the new TV show. According to reports, the show will be featuring the familiar characters in a slightly more adult world, tackling on relatable issues like their relationships and their jobs.

The show will take a docu-style format and will focus on the lives of The Muppets, such as Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and Fozzie. While there will be some "adult humor", the show will still aim to be family-friendly.

Now that the show will take a more adult tone, will Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy work on their already rocky romance? "It's sorta an adult Muppets show," said Kermit the Frog in the trailer of the show. The show will be featuring live actors, as well as the puppets which will be a sort of tribute to the classic Muppet Show.

Looks like Miss Piggy is going to face some fierce competition for Kermit the Frog's heart. The two have always had a rocky relationship, but this time the diva is going to have to fight harder for Kermit's attention. The show will reportedly feature a younger pig. Has Kermit moved on?

We would love to see the drama that would go on between Miss Piggy and her new competition. We know Miss Piggy is not one to go down without a fight.
