Rocksteady Studios revealed a new Batman gear for their upcoming game Batman: Arkham Knight. This new high-tech non-violent tool has long range, tactical, versatile, and what it does is to "disrupt" the enemies from using their guns, allowing Batman to take down the bad guys. There is also a new skin available in ordering the "Serious Edition" of the game that includes a graphic novel costing $70.
In the community forums for Batman: Arkham Knight, Rocksteady Studios posted about the Disruptor. The Disruptor has three charges per engagement on the first equip. This can be used in jamming enemy weapons, even blow guns in their own hands for two charges. It can also rig weapon crates to shock enemies who try to arm themselves. The same Disruptor can also tag vehicles with a tracking device. There is also a scope, long-range, for scouting out the battlefield and to prepare Batman in maneuvering to any possible situation.
There are also upgrades that you can choose for the tool. Each of these upgrades offer unique advantage to Batman, including additional charges. The high level upgrade is also available, this will allow Batman to hack and disrupt the turret of the Arkham Knight's Drone Tanks.
Warner Brother Games will also offer a special collectors' edition of Batman: Arkham Knight called Serious Edition. This is priced at $70 and includes the game, Batman First Appearance in-game skin, and 25th anniversary version of an acclaimed Batman graphic novel, Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth, which was published in 1989. The Amazon listing of the Batman: Arkham Knight -- The Serious Edition does not include a PC version, only the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 version.
