Gamescom 2015 Lineup: Microsoft saves fresh content for August; Xbox Boss teases Quantum Break; 500 game stations from Blizzard

The Gamescom 2015 lineup is slowly filling up even if the more popular E3, in June, precedes it. Considering that there are several games which would be missed on E3, perhaps it would be the August event that would take the spotlight.

When it comes to what Microsoft will be bringing to the table, GameSpot reports that the company will have its first share of announcement during the E3 2015 press conference on June 15. This will enable the participants to "check out everything from in-depth looks at previously-announced games to trailers for our unannounced titles coming in 2015 and beyond."

Despite a powerful roster for E3, Microsoft mentions that a number of news will be reserved for August's Gamescom.

In another report, one from Gamepur, Phil Spencer, the boss in Xbox, made several teases via Twitter about what fans will be served in the coming E3 and Gamescom 2015. In terms of the Preview Program, Spencer comments: "It's very important to our learning. That will become clearer at E3 and in Fall with some new things you'll see hit preview."

He was also asked which conference he thinks is more important. He said, "Our Gamescom has a lot of fresh content that's not at E3." While there would be more press in E3, consumers are the main thing in GC. An advantage in Gamescom 2015 is that it will be the one to showcase Remedy Entertainment's Quantum Break. Spencer adds: "QB has really made great progress this past year."

Another developer which gives fans more reason to take part in Gamescom 2015 would be Blizzard. In the event, they will be having more than 500 game stations for people to experience. According to GamingBolt, this will include the most recent content for games such as World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor, Hearthstone, Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void, Heroes of the Storm, and Overwatch.

The Gamescom 2015 lineup is not yet complete and it already has a lot of exciting things in store for players out there. This goes to show that E3 is not the last event this year that will give fans the latest scoop on their favorite games.
