Fifty Shades of Grey fans shouldn't even have to wait for the sequel Fifty Shades Darker anymore, as the Fifty Shades of Grey Uncut version has been released on Blu-ray and digital HD a few days ago. And if it's the raunchy orgasms and kinkier scenes that you've been dying to see from the rated-R original, then this is it. What you've been waiting for has finally come.
The uncut version is available on Amazon, Itunes and many else. And while all of us have been kept asking questions like "When will I be able to see it at home?" since it's the strangest thing to watch movies like that with a lot of strangers in the cinema. Well, it seems that our wishes had been granted very soon, since the original and theatrical version has been released mid-February this year.
What the new version contained is the alternate ending of the original hot love story of Christian Grey, played by 32-year-old Jamie Dornan, and Anastasia Steele, played by 25-year-old Dakota Johnson, which ended drastically as they separate, leaving the fans wanting more. Universal Pictures have added about three-minute lovemaking scenes, much less from the director's cut of about ten minutes additional scenes. And what's more, there's all the behind the scenes and interviews of cast, even author EL James included which runs to almost 2 hours.
The Blu-ray also has a "World of Fifty Shades of Grey" bonus feature, which focuses on the setting and character's creation. There's also a feature called "E.L. James & Fifty Shades," Another feature is "Fifty Shades: The Pleasure of Pain" which contains a chat with a BDSM consultant. Additional features include set tours, music videos and a behind the scenes look at The Weeknd's "Earned it" video.
Though fans from the UK and Australia might have to wait for a while. The version will be available in the UK on digital HD on June 8 and Blu-ray DVD on June 22 and in Australia on May 21.
