Bandai Namco has confirmed that Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC 3 officially releases June 9th in Japan while North America and Europe regions are expected to receive the latest expansion around same time. .
According to Geek Snack, Bandai Namco Games Japan recently confirmed that Dragon Ball Xenoverse third DLC will be released for the Japanese version of the game on June 9th across all platforms, Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The release date for North America and Europe has yet to be confirmed but there's high possibility that it will be released early next monthjust as well.
This upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC 3 is reportedly adding four new playable characters - featuring the blue haired Super Saiyan transformations for SS Goku, SS Vegeta as well as Golden Frieza and the cool addition of Jaco.
Jaco is a character from a standalone prequel manga to Dragon Ball that was included as a bonus in Japan for Dragon Ball Xenoverse. To have Jaco finally included in DLC pack 3 is quite a treat for those who missed him out as he wasn't available for the Western release.
Moreover, 5 new Parallel Quests, 2 new Masters, 8 new Masters Quests, 14 new special moves, 2 new Accessories and 7 Z-Souls are included in the DLC which can be used to customize players' avatar in the game. Some extra costumes inspired by the latest Dragon Ball Z movie, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of F are also made available for free to all the players earlier this month that undoubtedly delighted the loyal fans.
Bandai Namco also offers a $10 price-off on the Dragon Ball Xenoverse game when purchased via Best Buy. New toys for both Goku and Frieza from the new movie are currently available at Japanese webshop exclusives and part of the S.H. Figuarts line. Fans in other regions can hope to grab these, too,
