LG G4 is the latest flagship phone the Korean based company is finally available to the public. It is initially released to selected countries and could soon reach the US.

LG announced on the 18th of May that its newest flagship LG G4 will be rolled out this week starting in Hong Kong. It will be followed by Turkey, Russia and then Singapore. Other countries in Europe, African, Asia and the Americas will soon follow. The company reported 180 partner carriers and retailers worldwide. The president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company said in the announcement that

The LG G4 is our most ambitious smartphone yet because it is unlike any other flagship mobile phone on the market today. Our vision is to create our own set of standards without worrying about what trend other smartphones are following. We think we have a winning formula because the initial reaction to the G4 has been tremendously positive."

One of the LG G4 feature selling points is its full grain leather back cover. LG prides itself from using high-quality leather and state of the art technology. The fusion of a classic organic element and LG's most advanced smartphone makes a big difference in the competition. More impressive features of the phone include an f/1.8 aperture lens on a 16 MP camera, 64-bit Snapdragon 808 with X10 LTE. The new LG smartphone is estimated to have the same price as its major competitor.

There are early reports that suggest LG G4 price at around $600 without a phone plan and more or less $200 through a US carrier contract. Samsung's Galaxy S6 retails within the same price range.

Smartphone market leaders out shine each other with new innovations just like G4's leather and high-tech mobile combination. The competition gets tougher each year and consumers continue to look forward to the newest and the best.
