Michael Schumacher is definitely a legacy. With his track record, it is not surprising that other racers look up to him. And it is also not surprising that his fatal accident years ago shook not just the F1 industry, but the whole world. To date, what is happening with the famous racer? Is his health improving? Or should we lock ourselves to the fact that he will not be the same, ever again?
Evidently, the family needs a lot of cash to sustain his medical needs. With the news that Schumacher's wife is selling some of their estate, there were speculations that they are losing money. That might be partially true as it is not easy to maintain such expensive medical facility in the comforts of your own home. However, if we will look at it, Schumacher has already invested so much during his glorious days, it is hard to think that his family is suffering from financial constraints.
The accident came as a big surprise most especially for Schumacher's immediate family. His wife had to make decisions which include blocking the media that may further feast on her husband's health condition. Her strength is being looked up to by millions of people, thus gaining support all throughout the globe. Their kids are also trying to be as active as they could. Recently, both their son and daughter made names in their chosen hobbies namely F4 racing and horseback riding.
Meanwhile, a watch inspired by Schumacher was released. A famous watchmaker created a timepiece which racer's would love. It has 2 separate chronographs that will allow to time consecutive laps. It took years to perfect this masterpiece. Hence, the price isn't as friendly as we would like it to be. It is around S230,000. Many are now thinking how much Schumacher would get from selling each piece. The family of Schumacher supported this project even after the unfortunate event.
Of course, everyone is hoping for Michael Schumacher's recovery. But we have to face the reality. We just hope that the family will be as strong as ever and be able to adjust to such a shift in their lifestyle.
