Thor is about to comeback with its third installment, the highly anticipated upcoming film entitled "Thor 3: Ragnarok" is keeping fans on their toes on how things will slowly unfold. Rumors about the departure of some cast as well as arrival of new actors have been circulating in the Internet lately.

Thor: Ragnarok which is set to begin its filming yet is rumored to serve as the springboard between Avengers 2 and 3. At the end of Avengers 2, it can be remembered that Thor flew back to Asgard for an assigned mission.

A recent teaser of the Age of Ultron revealed that Thor intends to find the location of the Infinity Stones, which will result to direct confrontations with Loki who posses one of the gem safely tucked in his scepter and Thanos who has the gem in Gauntlet. Thanos on the other hand is said to be the primary villain in Avengers 3.

The gems, according to recent reports will create an infinite power and immortality when all six has been collected and Thor 3 is set to revolve around looking for these stones as well as facing the end of the world.

Meanwhile, rumor is starting to point out that Chris Hemsworth might not be playing Thor for the long time since Marvel comic books has recently revealed that Thor is now a female and not just any other female but Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) herself, the love interest of Thor.

A rumor has been circulating around that Natalie Portman might not reprise her role as Jane Foster in the upcoming installation of the film.

Although speculations is pointing out that Thor might end up dying and regain his powers or it'll end up with Jane after proving her worth of the power.

Thor 3: Ragnarok's initial release date will be on November 3, 2017.
