Contrary to previous reports, one of her representatives confirmed that reality star Kim Kardashian is not pregnant. In fact, she recently admitted that she and husband Kanye West are still trying to have a second child.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star spread around as she was reported to be so desperate to conceive her second child, that she was having sex with Kanye West for 500 times a day, if it's even possible. Kardashian reportedly want to have a big family with West that she'll do anything to get pregnant. This report was proven to be untrue by her representative, and also said that Mrs. West is not using her fertility issues to gain higher ratings.

The falseness of the said report was also proven in one episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians were Kardashian talked about possible complications if she ever gets pregnant again. In the said episode, Kardashian said that her doctor told her that she has to undergo on a certain surgery, "I'm trying to get a hold of Kanye 'cause I just came from my fertility doctor and they need me to go into surgery to kind of clear out something in my uterus," she told her sisters Khloe and Kourtney. This surgery is due to the growing of her placenta in her uterus.

Even with the surgery, the next time Kardashian gets pregnant will reportedly be her last. It was said that if Kardashian gets pregnant with her second child, her uterus will immediately be removed after she gives birth. She also risks having heavy bleeding during her second pregnancy.

Kardashian's doctors reportedly advised her to consider surrogacy, but she declined despite her mother Kris Jenner telling her that her sister Kourtney was probably going to do it.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got married in May of 2014, they are now parents to their daughter North.
