I know all Hannibal fans out there are psyched for the season premiere this June 4 because of that cliff hanger in the last season!
If you have forgotten what happened last season here's a recap: Hannibal's craziness is out in the open and badly injures everyone. We see Hannibal on a plane going somewhere with Bedelia.
To give you a sneak peak on what's in store for us on the third season of the thriller series Hannibal, NBC has released a trailer and a teaser!
In the trailer we get to see a glimpse of a new Hannibal world.
In the interview, Gillian Anderson who plays the role of Hannibal Lecter's (Mads Mikkelsen) psychiatrist Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier said, "They have ensconced themselves in contemporary Florentine society."
It is revealed that Hannibal and Bedelia fled to Europe after the events in the season 2 finale of Hannibal posing as husband and wife.
From the trailer and teaser alone, we can conclude that Hannibal Season 3 will have more bloodbath and psycho killings from our cannibal Hannibal. We even see a bloodied (presumably not his blood) Hannibal! We never see Hannibal so... unkempt, if you know what I mean.
On another news, Zachary Quinto of American Horror Story will guest star in the series. He will first appear on the season premiere. It is said Quinto will play as Bedelia's patient.
First three episodes of Hannibal Season 3 are entitled: Antipasto, Primavera and Secondo.
NBC already released a synopsis for the series premiere:
"The dark and haunting series "Hannibal" returns for a third season, revealing the fates of characters hanging in the balance and their continuing psychological cat-and-mouse games.
After the shocking events of the season finale, Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) is on the run in Europe - accompanied by his psychiatrist Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson) - sporting a new identity but servicing the same insatiable appetite.
As the lives of Will (Hugh Dancy), Jack (Laurence Fishburne) and Alana (Caroline Dhavernas) converge toward Hannibal again, their deadly dance turns in startling and unexpected ways, and nothing will ever be the same again."
Few more days until the season premiere of Hannibal Season 3 on June 4!
