Capcom has confirmed that Street Fighter V will be coming to the CEO 2015 event in Orlando, Florida next month. As expected, the new fighting game will be playable alongside Bandai Namco's Tekken 7 as well as Warner Bros.and NetherRealm Studios' Mortal Kombat X.
It will be the first publicly playable demo of Street Fighter V and the announcement was made during stream of Combo Breaker tourney last weekend, VG24/7 reports. CEO is part Capcom's Pro Tour competition, so aside from its attractive prizes for the winners, it is expected that the event will attract a large number of Street Fighter fans.
CEO, or Community Effort Orlando, is a fighting game event that began in 2010, and this year it will be held at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. The event runs from the 26th until the 28th of June next month with $40 normal registration available until June 1.
After that, a late registration pass is $50 until June 21, and an on-site registration on June 25 and 26 is priced at $60. More details of the event registration is given at CEO's registration page.
As recently revealed, M. Bison a.k.a.Vega will be playable in Street Fighter V when it launches on PS4 and PC on or before Spring 2016. A trailer of M. Bison was released earlier, showing the villain boss unleashing his Psycho Power on Charlie Nash. There are changes in his appearance, where he has now sporting a grey hair, his usual flowing cape is gone and now he is wearing a slick new trench coat.
The trailer shows a Psycho Power attack throwing Charlie Nash into the air, and then followed up by a grab and an ability that allows him to quash incoming projectiles and fire them back to his opponent.
Announced in December, Street Fighter V is developed exclusively for PlayStation 4 and PC with cross-platform play between both systems. It will be expected to be released with Capcom's current fiscal year, that is between now and the last day of March next year.
