"The Real Housewives of New York City" may center on the gorgeous ladies from the Upper East Side, but lately, a man has taken the center stage for his wit and ill humor. John Mahdessian, who is Dorinda Medley's boyfriend, is reportedly planning to settle down with Medley.
John Mahdessian might as well be a 'RHONY' series regular, as the man who was dubbed as the "Sultans of Stains" is grabbing all of the viewers' attention thanks to his unusual wit and humor on the Bravo reality series. Mahdessian got on the wrong foot with the ladies during the season premiere of "Real Housewives of New York" and continues to do so in the show's current episodes.
Mahdessian was previously caught grinding against and sneaking one hand behind Medley's "Housewives" co-star, Sonja Morgan. Even Ramona Singer expressed that Mahdessian was a "nobody" and was only using Medley's fame for his own benefit.
What most people do not know, however, is that Mahdessian is as equally successful as the ladies from the "Real Housewives of New York City." According to NY Post, Mahdessian owns Madame Paulette, a highly recognized store in NYC for their ability to restore delicate couture back to its original form.
As a matter of fact, Medley and Mahdessian first met within the confines of Madame Paulette. According to Mahdessian, Medley had a soiled Roberto Cavalli gown, which Medley sent over to their shop and was impressed when the gown was sent back to her without a trace or hint of spillage.
While Mahdessian can be seen as a happy-go-lucky kind of man, the 49-year-old admitted that he has plans of settling down with Medley.
"I need to get a ring. I know that I would have to raise the price of every piece of dry cleaning by $1 to get the rock she deserves," Mahdessian joked.
While a love story is blooming in 'RHONY' for Medley, Bethenny Frankel's story, on the other hand, is taking its toll on her. In the latest teaser clip for the next episode of the reality series, Frankel can be seen breaking down to tears when the thought of being away from her five-year-old daughter comes into the conversation.
"I'm not going on my weekend - which is every other - with my daughter, away," Frankel said.
Frankel also told Carole Radziwill that she never thought that she would have a kid and now, her daughter, who is her reason for living, is having a hard time because of her divorce with her ex, Jason Hoppy.
