2K celebrates the NBA Finals by throwing away NBA 2K15 locker codes to the loyal fans of basketball sim game. Also, the developer has announced the NBA 2K16 offial release date happening this September 29 offering 10,000 Virtual Currency Points, 2 MyTEAM VIP Package and other irresistible pre-order bonuses.
Via its official Twitter account, 2K has shared some NBA 2K15 locker codes to unlock random items in celebration for NBA Conference Finals.

Meanwhile, NBA 2K16 has already been confirmed to be on its way for September release that comes with pre-order bonuses revealed on NBA 2K's Official Facebook Post.
The Big News as 2K calls it, is announcing the release date for NBA 2K16 on September 29 this year across all regions and players who pre-order the new title to the series will be able to grab it four days ahead of the game's launching.
Pre-ordering the NBA 2K16 will grant freebies listed as follows:
- 10,000 Virtual Currency (VC);
- MyTEAM VIP Package:
- New Generation and PC - 3 MyTEAM Emerald Packs each with a guaranteed Emerald player;
- Last Generation - MyTEAM Gold Booster Pack with Guaranteed Gold Player and 4 additional Gold items.
The pre-order boniuses are available at all the retailers and applicable for both digital and physical copies.
Just recently, 2K Sports has revealed three new retro teams that will be included in NBA 2K16 per fans request.
2KTV Rachel Demita managed to interview gameplay producer Scott O' Gallagher as to what fans can expect from the next series. Gallagher confirmed three new retro teams that will be featured in the game. First is the '99-'00 Toronto Raptors team when Vince Carter was in at the peak of his baskeball career.
Another well-known team is 2008 Boston Celtics stacked with Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett and a young Rajon Rondo. The last is the Los Angeles Lakers from 2001 when Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O' Neal were dominating the court, reports Attack of the Fanboy.
Gallagher added that NBA 2K16 will be featuring more new teams that will be revealed at some future time.
2K has promised that NBA 2K16 will be packed with new features and more realistic feel which will be available on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on September 29. For the month of June, new set of NBA 2K15 locker codes will be available that you can get here soon.
