The Flash Season 2 is set to return this fall. The writers are already working on the project and it may be possible that casting calls and filming scenes will soon follow.
According to Comicbook, the team behind 'The Flash' is already starting to write the plot for the TV Series' next season. June 2, the brains behind the fantastic series tweeted that it was their first day back in the writers' room. Some of the show's fans wish that it would be the same team that will write considering that the first season was a smash hit. Some of the show's followers fear that if the team changes the pool of writers, the show might end up being a flop. To date, there are no updates if there will be new writers for show.
There are also speculations on The Flash's Season 2 premiere date. Few fans observed that The Flash premiered the night before Arrow's. And the latter show usually starts the Wednesday before the New York Comic Con. The New York Comic Con this year will be on October 8, Thursday. Given this information, the show might start on the 6th of October according to International Business Times.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that the Multiuniverse will spice up The Flash Season 2. As Grant Gustin puts it, the fans will witness multiple worlds. But there should be no expectations that he will reconcile with Iris anytime soon. It may take a lot of time before that happens.
Lastly, rumor has it that Gustin will wear a new costume for the show. This has yet to be confirmed by the team.
The Flash season 1 did not disappoint its fan and the show's followers expect nothing less from season 2. More updates and spoilers are to be expected as the team is already working on the project.
