Elder Scrolls 6 is one of the titles gamers are looking forward to hear about in the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo. After having rumors that the Bethesda title will be releasing the game in March 2016, the possibility of any update is looking very slim. This can be quite disappointing for a lot of fans. One of the reasons by this is looking to be the case is the fact that Fallout 4 is the one the game developer is eyeing on. Another would be the upcoming launch of TES Online.
Players who have been following E3 year after year would very well know that 2015 will be the first time for Bethesda to hold a press conference. In no way are they intending to enter the competition in the gaming industry shyly as Fallout 4 is currently being considered their flagship game. Unlike Elder Scrolls 6, Fallout 4 has been receiving a lot of substantial leaks when it comes to its development and gameplay. The same cannot be said about the fantasy RPG.
With this in mind, fans will have to prepare themselves for the likely delay of Elder Scrolls 6. After the success of Skyrim, though, this can be challenging to fathom. Aside from giving priority to Fallout 4, another reason why TES 6 will not be making any announcements in the E3 is the nearing release of The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. With another game in the series, why would Bethesda make an overlap?
TES Online will be playable on Xbox One and PS4 according to a recent report. The said game will depend on the involvement of its fans for it to thrive. Hence, putting Elder Scrolls 6 aside will help Bethesda showcase the online game a lot better.
The Elder Scrolls 6 will not be coming anytime soon. As far as what is known about its title, rumors go by term "Argonia." This suggests that the game will be set in the Black Marsh, where the Argonian race resides. Whether or not the said title will make it in the E3, Bethesda will be making sure that what they have on their plate would be utterly satisfying to fans.
