Beauty and the Beast are having new soundtrack from Alan Menken who is a famous Disney composer. He announced that new songs are produced for the movie but crowds' favorite "If I Can't Love Her" will not be included in the live-action which will be released on 2017.
Many fans even thought that Emma Watson will be singing one of the new songs- but sadly she isn't. Last time, new photos had been revealed to the fans and now we are about to hear the latest title of Menken's composition.
During the series of Artist to Artist conducted at Lincoln Center in New York, Alan Menken shared that he's done creating the three songs for the production together with his writing partner, Tim Rice. The songs are entitled "Beauty and the Beast", "Days in the Sun" and "Forever More".
He added that aside from the three songs he composed, there will be other songs coming from the animated classic film but not from the theater production. He admitted that he really loves to include his favorite "If I can't love her" but the song no longer fits for the Beast scene in the film. So he had to let it go and write a different one.
In the end, Tim and Menken decided to write 'Forever More' which will be sung by Beast (Dan Stevens) in the moment where he started to understand the concept of love. Meanwhile, the 'Day in the Sun' is described as a lullaby which recalls the life before the curse has been placed in the castle.
The good news is, Emma Watson will be singing the scene-opener song "Belle" and we are all excited to hear how she will sing the song. The stars who will be playing the lead roles for Beauty and the Beast are already taking voice lessons. For sure they have to sing a lot in the movie.
