The released trailer gives a sneak peek on the juicy actions that will take place in the feud to determine who will own the cure for the virus that has eradicated the rest of the living beings in the world.

Apparently, a new batch of recruits is awaited in the ship and the next scene unfolds a woman expertly throwing a weapon in their direction with an extremely thorough precision. Monumental fighting that will enthrall action-fanatics begins almost immediately, holding a promise that this season will take the show on another level.

"The Last Ship" Season 2 upgrades from the wreckage that happened in the first installment. Now that a cure has been uncovered, not everyone is kind enough to share it.

Whoever takes hold of the cure gains power and this will hold the focus for the continuation of the plot. The rise of a new faction persistent to take control over the cure will make the infected suffer more.
