Mass Effect 4 gets a few major updates on what fans would expect from its gameplay and graphics features. Some concerns of fans on the maps have also been addressed, which is very timely with all the rumors spreading around. Top producers from the Bioware title were able to clarify some of these statements so that players are just prepared enough to know about other details in the upcoming E3 event.
It is made evident that the people behind Mass Effect 4 are satisfied with the work they have done. This would imply that fans will be able to get just what the development team envisioned for them to experience. According to a recent report, Chris Wynn, who is the senior development director for the title, is marvelling at how beautiful the game has turned out to be. In relation to the maps, he also mentioned that they would be "balanced" as a means to appease concerns of some gamers.
Mass Effect 4 has not been receiving a lot of updates recently, with the latest being the screenshots from the motion capture filming. The recent leak at this time show that the dev team has been productive with the time it has taken considering that Wynn is already able to see the game at its bigger picture.
Going back to the issue on the map size for Mass Effect 4, fans should know that it would not be too large to the point of compromising the storyline and gameplay of the title. The Senior Development Director explained, "It is a balance in how you travel across the maps vs. their size."
On social media, a user asked Chris Wynn about the presence of what makes the Bioware title exciting, such as characters, planets, lore, worlds and choices, down to the story itself. Wynn replied with a simple, "We have all of that," with a smile icon at the end.
While the release date of Mass Effect 4 still has not been confirmed, players should expect a lot of important announcements in the E3 next week. The Bioware title is suggested to be playable on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
