A lot of lives were sadly taken in Under the Dome Season 2's finale. That's just the beginning because according to the teasers online, more people are going to be endangered in Under the Dome Season 3.
CBS teases the fans of the show with a picture. But instead of bringing the fans joy, the photo brings them dread. The photo posted is a photo of Ben lying down, seemingly dying, as Barbie frantically tries to revive him through CPR.
In the last episode of Season 2, we witnessed Jim killing Rebecca and Andrea. And in return, his son shoots him. The next life on the line is Jim's. Will he survive after Junior shoots him in the finale of Season 2?
We will find out the answer on Under the Dome Season 3. Aside from that, it seems that the third season will be answering a lot of questions about the dome and its formation.
Schlattmann revealed in an interview that the next season will answer questions such as, "Why was there 25 years to pass before the dome came down? What was in play 25 years ago that set all this in motion? That's one of the biggies we're going to address. You'll see how these puzzle pieces form a puzzle that may be different from what you thought it would be."
The executive producers, Tim Schlattmann and Neal Baer, revealed the plot of Under the Dome Season 3 to Entertainment Weekly about Barbie becoming a father and a surprise who the mother is. They also revealed that there will be a new character in the third season. The new character will be portrayed by Eriq La Salle. La Salle's character will be the CEO of the energy company Barbie's father runs.
