2017 'Lego Batman' movie is "Mind-boggling"; Producers Phil Lord, Chris Millers and Star Will Arnett share hints on movie plot; Animal Logic to expand in Vancouver

The announcement of the upcoming 2017 "Lego Batman" movie is as exciting as it gets. But it's only until 2017 that we'll finally see it happen on the big screen.

Producers Phil Lord and Chris Millers "The LEGO Movie" has hit the box office on a really high edge, garnering about almost 278 million dollars out of a 60 million dollar budget. Now that the fan-favorite movie-highlight batman will be reappearing on his Lego form, everyone seems to be expecting a more epic surprise.

When asked what the movie will be about, Lord teased with "No spoilers. But I will say I think the movie is really exciting because it's about 'Can Batman be happy?'"

Will Arnett will be returning to voice the character. When he's first seen one footage, he commented, "The first bit that I've seen was mind-boggling"

Chris Mckay will also direct. Seth Grahame-Smith will script.

Meanwhile, the Lego production team Animal Logic has expanded its reach towards the Northern US, particularly Canada. While its original Australian-produced LEGO movie made a huge hit, the expansion to Canada is quite a revelation of the success. The studio will be open in September. It will offer about 300 or more jobs in the animation and VFX industry. Though, this doesn't mean that Lego Batman wouldn't be finished in its own home country. The company has three projects in line: Lego Batman, Ninjago, and one unrevealed title.

Animal Logic also serves on Hollywood productions, and recently completed work on "Insurgent", "Avengers: Age of Ultron".

Additionally, when you are searching for another version of a Lego toy, a Lego version of the Angry Birds is also in line. Rovio has announced a deal with Lego to make an Angry Birds line of building blocks.
