iPhone 7 Details Leaked: Improved Camera Resolution, Battery Life Likely with iOS 9

By

Apple never confirmed any rumor that comes out, so we are all just capable of assuming and relying on these 'leakages.' Just this time, new leaks were reported regarding the specifications of iPhone 7. Aside from its newly improved camera, there is nothing more to wait for the new iPhone.

There is no official name yet for the next Apple iPhone to be released, but it's already dubbed as iPhone 7. The release date was leaked by Vodafone to its staff, sending e-mails with information about the iPhone 7's release date which will be on the 25th of September, and the pre-order on 18th. Though it's anticipated as iPhone 7, the Vodafone e-mails called it the 'New iPhone.'

In the reported leakage, the new iPhone will have an improvement with regards to its camera resolution. Hamza Sood, the iOS developer, posted on Twitter some codes about iOS 9. Along with a photo, Sood wrote "iOS is hinting at future device front cameras having: 1080p resolution, 240fps slow mo, panoramic capture, flash."

Apple might have been panic-stricken because its leading competitors have better camera resolutions. Like the new Samsung Galaxy S6 which has a 5-megapixel front camera while an iPhone's front-facing camera only has 1.2 megapixels. So, iPhone's camera will have a 12-megapixel resolution, according to reports.

There will be no changes when it comes to the new iPhone's body, as Apple is concentrating in changing iPhone's internal content. Samsung might be the one to supply Apple's A9 processor - a very tiny and powerful chip to expect.

iPhone's battery life will be the same, as Apple does not focus on expanding it. Also, it's storage will be limited because Apple wants almost everything stored in the cloud. Phil Schiller, senior vice president of worldwide marketing at Apple said: "The belief is more and more as we use iCloud services for documents and our photos and videos and music that perhaps the most price-conscious customers are able to live in an environment where they don't need gobs of local storage because these services are lightening the load."
