Rapper YG has been shot in LA and received 3 wounds while at the recording studio. His representative says that he is fine after receiving treatment in the hospital.
According to the report of TMZ, the incident happened early Friday morning. Rapper YG was at an L.A. recording studio. Based on the report of the police, it happened at around 1:45 am. Someone has reported the incident to the police that a person has been shot 3 times.
The cops saw in the crime scene several empty shell casings including blood on the sidewalk. Accordingly, YG was very unccoperative when the police came to the hospital to interview him. TMZ reporter was told that the shooter was on the loose and unidentified.
In a much detailed report of KTLA5, it had mentioned that exact location of the place where the incident happened. Sgt. Ernie Fischer of the LAPD said that the call was made around 1:45 in the morning, and the caller told them that someone got shot in the hip in an alleyway outside 3450 Cahuenga Blvd. in Studio City. The victim had gone to the hospital already when they got to the place.
At a later time, LAPD received another call from a local hospital about a wounded victim who arrived at their ER.
On Friday, YG's representative has confirmed the accident and that the three wounds that YG got on the hips are not life-threatening. The exact name of the recording studio was also disclosed in a report. The shooting took place at the "Poolside Entertainment". As of this time, Sgt. Richter said that they have not taken anyone into custody following that shooting.
