'Hannibal' Season 3 episode 3 will reveal a lot of details on Hannibal's life as the show's storyline start to tie together again. Will Graham will go to Hannibal's childhood home where he will find an ally to help him find Dr. Lecter.
According to IBTimes, 'Hannibal' Season 3 episode 3 will focus on Will's search for Hannibal in Lithuania. The story will slowly begin to emerge together again this time. The episode 2 was centered on Will's recovery from the carnage of the previous season.
In the sneak peek for 'Hannibal' Season 3 episode 3 spoilers, Hannibal is still in Italy and worried about what to do when Will finally tracks him down. Bedelia seems to think Hannibal is responsible - "You're drawing them to you. Aren't you?"
As far as the Thomas Harris novels are concerned, Hannibal Lecter was raised in Lithuania with his beloved sister Mischa. The Nazis eat Mischa when their estate becomes a hideout for Nazi officers dodging Soviet soldiers. After the war Hannibal is raised in a French castle by his aunt, a widowed Japanese woman named Lady Murasaki, according to iDigitalTimes.
As to the question if Lady Murasaki will be appearing in Episode 3, the answer is unlikely. Instead, Will finds an ally in Lithuana named Chiyo. Chiyo is an original character could not be found in any Harris' novel. Chiyo is the attendant of Lady Murasaki.

"Jack Crawford (Laurence Fishburne) and Inspector Pazzi (guest star Fortunato Cerlino) search for clues that will lead them closer to Hannibal Lecter's (Mads Mikkelsen) location in Florence, but the promise of riches offered by Mason Verger (guest star Joe Anderson) threatens to corrupt Pazzi's quest for redemption. Meanwhile, Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) and Chiyoh (Tao Okamoto) travel to Florence, both on a mission to find Hannibal, but at odds over the desired outcome. Elsewhere, as Alana Bloom (Caroline Dhavernas) continues to work with Mason Verger she grows concerned for the safety of all involved."
