The launch of Just Cause 3 will be on the holiday season of 2015, which is according to GameSpot. This was actually revealed in the gameplay trailer showing off Rico Rodriguez and his adventures. The PS4 title will also be having an offline mode. This was explained by Rolan Lesterlin, the game director, as he said, "We want to make the game accessible to as many people as possible."
The co-founder of Avalanche Studios adds to the rationale of the offline mode as Christofer Sundberg says, "The mod is absolutely fantastic... We owe those guys a lot. They have actually supported the game and helped it stay alive so many years after it was released. We don't expect fans to make the multiplayer for Just Cause 3... Our strength is the sandbox experience, and we want to deliver a great Just Cause 3 experience."
The idea that a single player mode works best for the title is something that the co-founder highly believes in, as reported in IGN. He says, "It's tough to make it fit with the Just Cause IP... For us, the sandbox has always been the focus, and that's where we can really shine. I think that's where we can improve a lot on the game."
