By

Mesa Global had published on its official website that Razer is rumored to have purchased OUYA silently, the company who produced the futile Android mini console. No financial information delivered about the deal, the investment bank clarified that they mediate as an exclusive financial advisor to OUYA.

Since the listing was publicized in Mesa Global website, the post has already been taken down. Neither OUYA nor Razer has yet commented on the sale. OUYA and Razer were alleged to be discussing about a sale, though none of them ratify or negate these talks. "Razer has always been supportive of OUYA and in particular their work toward building an open platform for Android gaming in the living room and the empowerment of developers, especially indie developers, all over the world. However, we do not comment on speculation or rumors," stated in Engadget.

We were still waiting what Razer plans to do with OUYA upon its acquisition. There's a possibility that OUYA will still operate under its old brand. In 2012, it raised $8.6 million on Kickstarter, plunging itself as a handy, inexpensive, Android mini-console with a library of free trial games. the company is still all set to attest that it is commendable in the video gaming business.

We are all familiar with Razer when it comes to gaming devices. As of now, the enhanced Razer Kraken Pro gaming headset has been presented. It sports inline controls and will allow you to manage the mute/volume level of the microphone which is completely retractable. In a nutshell, Razer wants the Kraken Pro to be the comprehensive gaming headset, bringing just about the whole lot that a gamer would want, cited in Ubergizmo.

As of the moment, we will expect to hear more from the two companies, OUYA and Razer about the acquisition issue.
