Lego: Marvel's Avengers will be making its release later this year. While some gamers might have doubts about the quality of the game, a recent teaser will help sway minds to a more positive direction. The reveal that TT Games and Warner Bros. Games delivered during the E3 show that there is much reason to anticipate the title which favors popular heroes from a fraction of the Marvel Universe.
A new trailer was showcased for LEGO Marvel's Avengers, which depicted a lot of action, as expected, from all-time favorite heroes. As detailed by IGN, the clip showed Thor taking care of enemies with his mighty hammer as well as Captain America taking on similar tasks, but with his trusty shield. A chitauri dragon character, which was features in the first Avengers film, is also part of the video.
The more interesting and humorous part for the reveal would be the fact that Hulk took a couple of selfie pictures amidst the combat environment.
Apart from action-packed fighting to be seen in Lego: Marvel's Avengers, the game will also include aspects from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This entails the showdown of the protagonists against Loki set in the Battle of New York.
TT Games is certainly delivering a downpour of Lego games. While the Avengers version is yet to be launched, fans of the franchise will have time to catch up on previous versions such as Lego Worlds and Lego Dimensions. Of course, it should not be forgotten that Lego Jurassic World also has a lot of fun on its own.
Lego: Marvel's Avengers will be coming to several consoles: Sony's PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo's 3DS, Wii U, Microsoft's Xbox 360, Xbox One, and the PC. The original release was scheduled in Autumn, but it has recently been adjusted to Winter. With several platforms being supported, it serves as all the more reason to try out the game for those who still have not gotten into the LEGO madness.
