Dishonored 2 was finally unveiled at Bethesda's press conference at E3 2015 and the trailer of the game was also shown - giving a few hints about the game's setting. The game also features two playable characters providing gamers the option to choose and switch between Emily Kaldwin and Corvo Attano.
Harvey Smith and Raphael Colantonio of Arkane Studios went up stage and presented the trailer of the upcoming Dishonored 2 at Bethesda's first press conference at E3 2015. The game will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Unfortunately, they did not announce the release date of Dishonored 2. Don't worry though because Bethesda tweeted that the game will be released this Spring 2016.
Aside from that, they also had some good news for everyone as they announced that an HD remastered edition of the first Dishonored called "Dishonored Definitive edition". All of the downloadable content of Dishonored will also be bundled with the remastered edition which will be available for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.
According to IGN, the main character of Dishonored returns in Dishonored 2 which is set 15 years after the 1st game. Now, players can switch with another character named Emily Kaldwin, the child monarch who Corvo was trying to protect in Dishonored. Now that she is all grown up, she can now fight alongside Corvo with her own set of powers.
Here is the description of Dishonored 2 by Bethesda Softworks: "Dishonored 2 is set 15 years after the Lord Regent has been vanquished and the dreaded Rat Plague has passed into history. An otherworldly usurper has seized the throne from Empress Emily Kaldwin, leaving the fate of the Isles hanging in the balance. Dishonored 2 is the sequel of Dishonored. It is a first person stealth game developed by Arkane Studios and Bethesda Softworks. It will be released this Spring 2016 for the PlayStaion 4, Xbox One, and PC.
