Many apple fans now predicts that the launching of Apple's new OS mobile might accompanied to the new line-up product, possible one of them is the Ipad Mini 4.

Apple fans are quite disappointed with the Ipad Air 2 and Ipad Mini 3 that launched in late 2014. Essentially, they just added the touch id to the predecessor of Ipad Air 2, which it doesn't give justice to the sense of device's progression. Other than that, there were no external design changes. Since then, rumors rises about Apple is working on Ipad Mini 4 update that includes the component of the design of Ipad Air 2 which is its attribute of slimmer width.

Now the fans are highly suggesting that their speculation might be right about the launching date of the Ipad mini 4 that would be in October. They have this mindset that every October was the releasing of new Ipad mini which it has been a marked-up date, based on Apple fans speculation.

The debut of first Ipad mini was October 23, 2012. Next year after the debut, it was followed by the Ipad Mini 2 on October 22. The most recent release, Ipad mini 3 was released on the same month when the 2 Ipad predecessors were launched. With the consistency of releasing date every year, they might be thinking that October this year was the highest probability of unveiling Ipad Mini 4.

Observer made a speculation that in the announcement of the upcoming IOS 9 and OS X, Apple would like to heighten the exposure of their approaching platform by partnering their operating system to their new line-up flagship products when it launches. Apple might accompaniedthe OS X by introducing of new Mac desktop and laptop while in the IOS 9, it would be accompanying the launching of Ipad mini 4 including the rumored product Ipad Pro.
