The details of the Batman Arkham Knight Season Pass have already been revealed. While there has been prior feedback on the shiny price tag of the deal, the inclusions in the pass were explained by Warner Bros. Games, which were supposed to justify the value.
Other news for the said title would be that of a delay in the release date because of packaging issues. Nonetheless, the game is scheduled to arrive by next month, with fans being able to use a code to still experience the game by June 23.
The Batman Arkham Knight Season Pass is being sold for $40, which will cover six months worth of new content. This announcement led to complaints from fans of the title from Rocksteady and Warner Bros. Through the forum of the latter, it has been known that all the pre-order DLC are comprised as well.
As detailed in a games article on a PS games-dedicated website, the pass will include "the Harley Quinn and Red Hood Story Packs, as well as any Batmobile or Booster Pack that was available as early bonuses for pre-order of the game. For those who did not receive the content with their game, these items will become available when their respective exclusivity windows expire in August/September."
While excitement is building for the game, news from VG 24/7 talks about the delay in the delivery of Batman: Arkham Knight for Amazon customers in the UK. This situation is still undergoing investigation if North America is also affected. The reason for this is a "packaging quality issue."
The online store explained the delay of the Limited Edition of the title as it stated, "We want to ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition and your item, with the updated packaging, should be with you no later than 14 July 2015."
The Batman Arkham Knight Season Pass will include all of the pre-order DLCs. With the game making its debut on June 23 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the PC, fans should get into thinking whether they will go for the offer.
