FIFA 16 can still get better even if past games are able to give intense gameplay as a new trailer has recently been revealed by EA Sports. As promised by the developer, the upcoming version will be more exciting and authentic.
The video depicts a lot of firsts such as the opening of the Women's International teams as women's football becomes a new feature. A number of changes for the sports video game also get a portion of the report.
One thing that could be expected from FIFA 16 would be more beautiful graphics as would be seen with the stadiums and players on the new gameplay video from EA Sports. Apart from that, certain players also get some air time such as Yannick Bolaise, who is the winger of Crystal Palace. On the other hand, it is quite expected to see Harry Kane, who made a mark last season.
In a recent report from IGN, a number of changes for FIFA 16 have been enumerated. First would be an added focus on the defending aspect of the game. While the offensive side brings more excitement in the gameplay, it should be realized that defense is just as important.
For the past FIFA game, the defenders were not as efficient compared to the real-life characters. Through added animations, the defenders would be able to pivot while keeping eye on a run to within a close distance with expert players at a longer time.
The improvements in defense for FIFA 16 does not end there as the team would function a lot better as a unit by keeping their form and reacting effectively against the opponents' offenses. A parallel to the step-over in a defensive form is also made as the "fake" tackle. This will help to trick the attackers into making an early commitment. Moreover, players can tackle a loose ball dropping from the air.
There are a lot more enhancements in the game which would all equate to a more believable and sophisticated gameplay. FIFA 16 will be released on September 22, 2015, and fans of the sports video game can already do their pre-orders.
